Wooden Camera A00834 Overview

Add accessories such as a top handle, extension arms, a battery mount, a monitor, or an EVF mount to your Canon C80 camera with this Top Plate from Wooden Camera. The aluminum top plate features numerous 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 ARRI-style anti-twist accessory threads that can be used to mount accessories, and there are threads around the sides for bolt-on accessories such as rods or a rod clamp.

The plate mounts on top of the camera using its Canon Accessory Mount and the captive 1/4″-20 screw. There is also a removable portion of the plate in the rear that features a shoe adapter that can further secure the plate into the hot shoe, as well as provide a thread connection for a battery plate. That portion can be removed when the user needs to access the camera’s hot shoe.
